1. Services Offered
R.K Furnitures provides furniture manufacturing and carpentry services including, but not limited to:
Custom furniture for residential, office, and commercial spaces
Shop and office furniture
Doors and sliding window work
Related carpentry and woodwork services
All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and mutual agreement.
2. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations provided are based on current material costs, design requirements, and project scope.
Prices may change if there are modifications in design, materials, measurements, or work scope after confirmation.
Any additional work not included in the original quotation will be charged separately and executed only after client approval.
3. Advance Payment & Billing
An advance payment is mandatory to confirm the order and initiate work.
Remaining payment must be cleared as per the agreed payment schedule or before final delivery/installation.
Delay in payment may result in work stoppage or delivery delays.
4. Design Approval & Changes
Final designs, measurements, and material selections must be approved by the client before production begins.
Once approved, changes may not be possible or may attract additional costs and extended timelines.
R.K Furnitures is not responsible for delays caused due to late approvals or frequent design changes.
5. Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimated based on work complexity, material availability, and site readiness.
Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as site issues, material shortages, weather conditions, or client-side delays are not the responsibility of R.K Furnitures.
6. Materials & Finishing
Materials used will be as per the agreed quotation and specifications.
Minor variations in color, texture, or grain of wood are natural and acceptable.
Finishing quality may vary slightly due to lighting conditions, material behavior, and surface type.
7. Site Conditions & Access
The client is responsible for providing clear access to the work site.
R.K Furnitures will not be liable for delays or damages caused due to poor site conditions, lack of electricity, water, or obstruction at the site.
8. Warranty & Liability
Warranty, if applicable, will be limited to workmanship and manufacturing defects only.
Normal wear and tear, mishandling, moisture damage, or third-party modifications are not covered.
R.K Furnitures shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Order cancellations after work commencement may not be eligible for refunds.
Advance payments are non-refundable once materials are purchased or production has started.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting incurred costs.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, images, and content shared by R.K Furnitures remain its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may not copy, reproduce, or reuse designs without prior permission.
11. Communication & Contact
All official communication should be done via registered phone number, email, or WhatsApp.
R.K Furnitures is not responsible for misunderstandings arising from verbal or unofficial communications.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
13. Changes to Terms
R.K Furnitures reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
